Growing up as a clasically trained competitive dancer, Tanis has focused more than 10,000 hrs on how to stretch and restore your body. Through guided meditation and on the ground stretching we will bring our body and minds back to the center of our being all while relaxing our nervous system. If your goal is to become more flexible or just to calm your mind than this is the class for you.
