As a certified personal trainer and top 5 ranking bodybuilding competitor, Tanis will help bring your health and body to the next level. We will focus on weight training and building beautiful muscles through resistance and high intensity interval training. We will also be covering nutrition and general health. Working out in a small group with the same goals is a wonderful way to get healthy and strong.
