Through barre work, floor combinations, and movement across the floor we will explore ways to strengthen and soften our bodies. This type of movement is for all levels of dance. This strength can be applied to all types of sport, dance, or simply your everyday posture. Explore a new form of movement through one of the most classic forms of exercise.
